Caps are a crucial element of packaging—they determine seal integrity, safety, and ease of dispensing. Our range includes a full selection of polypropylene and polyethylene closures in diameters from 18 to 32 mm, featuring PN, DIN, and GOST threads and manufactured to GMP standards.

Materials and production technology

We manufacture caps from polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE) using high-pressure injection molding technology. The materials are sourced exclusively from certified suppliers that meet the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia and the REACH regulation. Each batch of raw material comes with a certificate of conformity, and the production process takes place in Class D cleanrooms in accordance with GMP standards.

The mono-material design of the closures facilitates recycling—after use, they can be processed within the standard PP waste stream. For customers prioritizing sustainability, we also offer caps made from PCR regranulate that meet requirements for food and pharmaceutical contact.

Threads, diameters, and compatibility

The PN 18 mm standard is the most widely used solution in the Polish pharmaceutical industry; it fits 5–50 ml glass bottles with a DIN 18 thread. Caps sized 22 mm are designed for larger bottles (100–250 ml), while 28 mm caps are intended for PET and glass syrup bottles. The 31.5/32 mm variants are suitable for packaging tablets and supplements.

GOST versions are designed for Eastern markets; the difference lies in the thread geometry, requiring a matching bottle neck. If in doubt, our technical specialists can assist in selecting the right cap-and-bottle combination and also conduct leak-tightness and chemical compatibility tests for specific formulations.

CRC Security and Closures

CRC (Child-Resistant Closure) caps require a specific turning motion, effectively preventing children from opening them.

A tamper-evident band provides an additional safeguard indicating the initial opening of the package—a crucial feature for supply chain security. We also offer self-sealing caps with PE, aluminum, Teflon, or conical liners, ensuring a tight seal even for products under pressure or containing solvents.

Personalization and logistics

We can manufacture each cap in any Pantone color, featuring an embossed logo (mold-engraved) or a logo applied via pad printing, screen printing, or laser marking. The minimum order quantity for personalized versions is 5,000 units, while for standard catalog items, it starts at one master carton.

The standard lead time for catalog orders is 2–4 weeks; for personalized versions, we add approximately 7 days for tooling preparation. We pack goods in shrink-wrapped master cartons and stretch-wrapped Euro pallets; just-in-time deliveries to manufacturing plants across the EU are also available.
