Range of CRC safety caps
We manufacture safety caps in various versions and sizes, tailored to the requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturers and other industries. The most popular models are:
- 18 mm CRC caps – available with or without a tamper-evident ring. You can choose from different cap engravings (a triangle or a directional indicator for the "push-and-turn" motion). We offer a wide range of accessories for these caps: sealing liners (PE, aluminum, Teflon), dropper inserts, droppers, flow reducers, brushes, and spatulas in various lengths. A compatible accessory is also a 6 ml medicine dosing cup with a 1–6 ml/1.5 ml scale.
- 28 mm CRC caps – available with or without a tamper-evident ring and compatible with various sealing liners (PE foam, aluminum, Teflon, induction). They feature a standard embossed instruction graphic. We also offer a 25 ml medicine dosing cup for this size.
It is worth noting that a suitable bottle can be selected for all our CRC caps, ensuring a secure and leak-proof seal. Thanks to a wide range of solutions, pharmaceutical manufacturers can use these child-resistant caps for packaging liquids, tablets, and capsules alike.
