II. BASIC DEFINITIONS
- Administrator – P.P.H. ABA Sp. z o.o.
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
- Website – the website operated by the Administrator at www.aba-poland.pl
- User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more services or functionalities offered on the Website

V. DATA RECIPIENTS

VI. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
In connection with the use of Google Analytics, data may be transferred to Google LLC based in the United States. Google LLC participates in the Privacy Shield program and ensures an adequate level of personal data protection.

- Contact form data: until the end of correspondence, no longer than 3 years from the last contact
- Analytical data: in accordance with Google Analytics settings (by default 26 months)
- Data processed for marketing purposes: until an objection is raised
